Credit Issues

So, as people insist in violating my terms of use of my resources and I'm SO FED UP with that and their disrespectful attitude after kindly asking for credits, either by note or commenting in their profiles, I'm so calling out from now on those who don't respect my work.

First thing I need to say... Is it that much difficult not to copy me? I share some of my graphics on psd format for LEARNING PURPOSES ONLY because some people loved that graphics and asked me to post them. I have no problem sharing such psds because I like being helpful to other designers and I know psds are a great way of learning... But taking the entire composition, changing the model and -maybe- text, then addind a watermark and claiming that you made the graphic... ARE YOU FUDGING KIDDING ME? Seriously? You think I won't notice it? Well, I DO notice it. Besides, I'm member and moderator in many graphic design forums and, yes, those who know my work always notify me if they see someone using my resources and it's not giving the proper credits. Just so you know, in one way or another, I'll find out that you're copying me.

Second thing... If I say my resources can't be reuploaded, neither reposted elsewhere... Why doing it, huh? When a resource has over 1000 downloads do you think people won't notice that in your graphic design site you stole it and posted it up without my permission? Such naïve from you. I do find out by myself or by other's help and I DO REPORT. Yep.

Third... My username has only 6 characters. ONLY 6. Is it that much difficult to add it to your credits? NO. You use and abuse my colourings, my textures, my psds and yet so you're not capable to provide a link to my profile so people know that that precious colouring you're so proud of isn't even made by you. How kind of yours, really. Credit is a MUST, not an option. READ AND RESPECT MY RULES.

And last... Why reporting? Because if these users don't respect my work, they won't respect yours either. They do not care about the effort we the resources makers do to post quality resources. So, why not calling them out? Besides, when someone uses my graphics psds and don't credit me, they're not crediting the people that made the resources in that PSD either. So, it's not only me who's not being credited but the awesome guys that provided me the resources I use. Not fair, don't you think?

Reports

So, I managed to solve many of the issues I had regarding theft and credits issues, but some people, even though I noted them or made a comment in their profile, decided not to credit me anyways.

I also noticed he's violating terms of use of her resources (textures & colourings) and I'm sure we're not the only ones. So, my work is done, he's reported and you can check out if his also using your resources and such without crediting you.

I'll keep posting new journals if I find more people like him. I'm not calling out those who violated my terms and, after talking with them, gave the proper credits or deleted their deviations but only those who've been warned and yet so did nothing about it.
